Delivery & returns
DELIVERY
Your purchase will be lovingly packaged and sent to you by first class post as soon as your order is processed. This will usually be within 2 working days but if there is likely to be a delay for any reason I will endeavour to contact you by email.
POSTAGE COSTS
Postage and packing will be charged at £2.50 per order for addresses in the UK and will be automatically added in the Paypal basket.
International customers please contact me and I will calculate the postage costs for your order.
If you are local and would prefer to collect your order in person please let me know and I will refund your postage cost
If you would prefer your purchase to be sent to you by recorded or special delivery please let me know and I will calculate the postage costs and arrange this for you.
RETURNS
I want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with it for any reason please contact me and I will do my utmost to resolve any problems.
If you decide you wish to return an item it must be returned to me undamaged and in its original packaging within 7 days of your purchase.
I regret that I will be unable to refund the cost of postage for returns.
For reasons of hygiene I will be unable to accept the return of earrings that have been worn.

If you wish to pay by cheque please contact me to make arrangements. I will need to allow time for your cheque to clear before I send your order to you.
